Designed for wee weddings and elopements in picture perfect Edinburgh, I gather your ideal suppliers, supporting local independent creative businesses.
Using my local knowledge and little black book of local creatives, makers, venues and spaces, we lean into your love story to curate a beautifully unique day that you will never forget. We can stop at all the famous spots but we’ll also take you to the places us locals love so you get a feel for the real Edinburgh while you are in town.

I am predominantly a photographer and for tiny weddings and elopements I recommend my half day package.
I charge a nominal fee to help photography clients with my design assistance. I can hook you up with any suppliers you feel you’d like for your celebration day - florals, cake, celebrant to officiate your legal or token ceremony, hair and makeup, music, decor, catering, entertainment, videographer…you can have whatever you’d like and ditch whatever doesn’t suit you.
I’ll also recommend spaces for your ceremony and whatever else you’d like to do - a meal, somewhere to stay or something you can do with a handful of guests.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
We’ll have a quick online chat to say hello. Then once we’ve booked in I’ll send you a list of ideas, we figure out which ideas work best and I gather availability. I then put you in touch directly with however you chose to work with. I can also help with the timeline for the day.

A photographer for up to 4.5 hrs and gallery of edited images (aka, me) and your choice of the following and more:
A wonderful celebrant will officiate your day
Those all important wedding flowers
A delicious cake
Recommendations for spaces to host your ceremony and any meal & celebrations
Any other suppliers you’d like to include (eg, hair and makeup, musicians, video)
My half day package includes 4.5 hours of photography and includes pre-wedding online consultation and gallery of edits to print and share with your loved ones.

When we decided to elope, I spent a good few weeks foraging the internet for inspiration, unsure if we’d go somewhere exotic or closer to home. I came across castles and beaches, highlands and barns, but none of them felt like us. Then I found The Elopement Society and everything just clicked. Your work, your vibe, and of course your blatant disregard of traditional wedding rules.
You are a delight to work with, coming up with the perfect suggestions for venue, celebrant, and suppliers - practically reading my mind. It was a piece of cake designing our wedding day with you, and you were an absolute pleasure to have around (creeping around between the plants).
During the ceremony, we completely forgot you were there. Before and after, you made us feel at ease and you brought a fun spontaneity to our day; a little tour of Leith, a visit to Quality Yard (Prince kind of looks like Liza Minnelli), a little bit of breaking and entering, and a cup of coffee along the way.
And not to forget the end results: your photos are stunning and a perfect reflection of our day! You pictured us truly how we are and how we felt in the moment. Absolutely brilliant, you are amazing! x”

You can get married ANY-WHERE in Scotland. Venues no longer need to be licensed for a wedding — this makes our services a cost effective way of designing a day unique to you.
Of course, we have many favourite spots, venues and hideaways in case you need some ideas! We currently cover Edinburgh and East Lothian, with it’s untapped potential - beautiful beaches, woods, castle ruins, coffee shops, distilleries and historic harbour towns, there are a heap of options to make your celebration there feel utterly unique and off the radar.

We specialise in designing Edinburgh elopements and small scale weddings for up to around 20 guests, that are as unique and thoughtful as all the moments that led you to this special day.
