I’ve been recording weddings and elopements for over 10 years. Honing my craft after studying darkroom film and digital photography while assisting established fashion and wedding industry photographers. You’ll be in safe experienced hands so we can relax into really enjoying the day. I can give you a hand with supplier recommendations too.
Forget traditions that don’t suit you, let’s create something that feels personal and authentic to you, that tells your story. No cringe posing, just your natural connection captured to keep safe. I won’t steal you away from guests for hours, it’s a day to celebrate with them and to grab lots of lovely photos of them having fun times too.
I photograph what happens - an artistic candid documentary of what your celebrations really felt like. All the joy and emotions, the quiet wee moments, the drunken unlikely new pals. Let go of perfection and prioritise fun. Intimate, stylish and delicious memories capturing the flow and vibes of the day.
Thinking of running away and eloping?! I can help you with those illicit little romantic days too - head over to The Elopement Society (sssh, it’s a secret) where I photograph your ceremony day but also help you to design it. For couples looking to elope or arrange a tiny intimate wedding (up to around 20 guests) in Edinburgh or along our gorgeous East coast.
Fun, relaxed, authentic, stylish,
joyful wedding photography
What to expect…
I’m all about unobtrusive, fun, natural and artistic photographs. I love to ninja about at weddings, hiding in bushes (could be considered creepy, granted), waiting to pounce and grab shots of all the fun stuff and little moments you didn’t even notice. Wee treasures that you’ll want to keep safe.
Keep scrolling for a little peek at some of the weddings I’ve shot and be sure check out the Wedding Journal and our What to Expect Guides for some great features and full galleries.

Hannah and Dan had an idyllic wedding day at Colstoun, everything was just flowing and dreamy - the weather, the emotions, the happy vibes. It’s always a treat to work at Colstoun and this was a great day with good people.
